Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is operated entirely by Deā€™Quek Trading Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the ā€œorganiserā€). When deemed necessary, the organiser may take any and all actions to ensure the proper operation of the promotion.
2. This promotion is open to all participants owning a registered residential address in Singapore or Malaysia, except to employees and immediate family members of the organiser, associated advertising agencies and participating retailers/distributors.
3. All persons participating in the promotion (hereinafter referred to as the ā€œentrantsā€) shall follow the organiserā€™s method of operation and shall not make any objection to such method.
4. The contents of the promotion are subject to change without notice. The organiser may revise the terms and conditions of the application at any time at its discretion. In this case, a notice shall be posted on the promotion site. After such notification, the contents of such changes or revisions shall apply between the entrants and the organiser.
5. The entrants agree that the terms and conditions of the application shall be binding on them, their portraits and images, and that they may be used by the organiser in future promotional materials without limitation.
6. When you have submitted an entry application for the promotion, the organiser is given ā€œdeemed consentā€ to collect, use or disclose your personal data for verification for the delivery of the winning prizes.
7. The promotion begins on 1st October 2023 and ends on 30th December 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the ā€œpromotion periodā€). Purchases need to be made within the promotion period. All entries via the Google form must be received by the deadline. Entries received after the deadline will be invalid. The organiser reserves the right to change the promotion period at any time without notice.

8. Participation

i. During the promotion period, an application can be made by submitting to the designated Google form with the required details.
ii. All questions in the Google form must be filled out and submitted for your entry to be eligible. Incorrectly filled out entries will be considered incomplete, resulting in disqualification. Please keep the original purchase receipt for verification during collection of prizes where applicable.
iii. Each entrant is eligible to submit more than one promotional entry. Every entry submitted must be individually completed with the required details. Incomplete or mistyped entries, inaccurate and/or defective proofs of purchase will be disqualified.
iv. Multiple entries may be submitted per entrant, but each individual promotional item purchased is only entitled to one entry.
v. If there are duplicate entries from different entrants, only the first entry will be valid and the other entries will be excluded.
vi. Winners need to present purchase receipts for verification when redeeming prizes.
vii. Communication fees necessary for browsing this campaign application site and making an application shall be borne by entrants.
viii. Depending on your computer, smartphone or other mobile devices, or web environment, you may not be able to apply for this campaign due to problems with the application and the display of pages.
ix. Applications by telephone, postcard, or envelope will not be accepted.

9. Winner and Prizes

i. The drawing will be held on 4th January 2024.
ii. Winners will be randomly selected at the organiserā€™s office and notified within 5 days after the drawing. Each winner is entitled to one prize only.
iii. Winners will be notified by Whatsapp (SG) or Email (Msia). Winners who fail to comply with accurate and complete verification will be disqualified.
iv. All prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for other items and are subject to the terms and conditions as the organiser may impose at its sole and absolute discretion.
v. To claim the prize, winners are requested to present the receipt, NRIC for verification against the entered full name, last 4-characters of IC and email address. Failure to do so will disqualify them from claiming the prize.
vi. All prizes must be claimed by the winners within 1 month of the date of e-mail or WhatsApp notification by the organiser. Thereafter, all unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
vii. The organiser reserves the right to replace any prizes for other prizes of a similar value at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice.
